The line of wire EDM machines are specialized pieces of equipment used to cut metals like steel, copper, tungsten steel, cemented carbide and other conductive metals. Wire electric discharge machining (wire EDM) is a process most commonly used to work with products with high hardness and complex shaped molds or toolings, as well as some precision components. Wire EDM equipment can make cuts between 0.2mm and 0.5mm, which cannot be achieved using common tools. We provide HS-EDM series and MS-EDM series wire EDM machines that are the results of more than 20 years of design and production experience. - High Speed Wire EDM The HS-EDM series wire EDM machine is designed for wire cutting conductive metals like aluminum, copper, tungsten steel, cemented carbide, and it can handle gap machining of high precision components. The HS-EDM operates with a positioning accuracy between 0.015mm and 0.02mm while the surface finish is between 2.5μ and 3.2μ.

- Precision Wire EDM The positioning accuracy of MS-EDM series wire EDM is strictly controlled within 0.01mm, and the surface finish is typically between 1.2μ and 1.6μ. We can customize the equipment to reach 1.2μ if necessary. Therefore, this equipment can be used to process high accuracy molds, tools, and other precision components.
